Recognizing the importance of early financial education, Gallery Investment LLC has launched the Next Generation Finance Initiative (NGFI) — a nationwide program aimed at equipping young adults with foundational financial literacy.

The initiative, launched in collaboration with Columbia University’s Center for Financial Studies and several non-profit organizations, will deliver workshops, digital courses, and mentorship programs on topics such as budgeting, saving, credit, and responsible investing.

“Financial confidence begins with understanding,” explains Claire Reynolds, Director of Client Relations. “We’ve seen too many young professionals enter the workforce without the tools to manage debt or plan for long-term goals. NGFI changes that.”

Historically, less than 35% of U.S. high school graduates receive formal education in personal finance, and fewer than 20% understand basic investment principles. Gallery Investment’s initiative aims to close this gap by making education both accessible and engaging.

The program’s first year will include 15 universities and 3,000 students nationwide, with expansion planned for high school outreach in 2026. “We believe in empowering the next generation — not just as investors, but as stewards of their own financial futures,” says CEO Amelia Thornton.
